Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the hotel not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria. the staff went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way, from helping my grandparents with their room placement to even aiding us in shipping chile back home. The attention to detail in the hotel's amenities truly stood out. From the well-equipped ironing facilities that came in handy for our formal dinner at the on-site restaurant to the comfortable sitting area where my niece and grandparents could relax, every aspect catered to our needs perfectly. the free toiletries provided were of excellent quality, adding a touch of luxury to our accommodations. the efficient air conditioning ensured a comfortable environment, while the parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room. Old Town not only met my expectations but also left a lasting impression with its impeccable service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in Albuquerque.
